Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order! As a friendly reminder, our normal processing time is 5-10 business days. Then after the order is fulfilled, the shipping election made at the time of checkout begins. You will receive another email with tracking information for your order at that time. Please visit our FAQ page for more information about shipping. LOST PACKAGES

In the case of lost or missing packages, Appointed Life apparel will not be held liable for any package that is lost, stolen, or delayed. All purchases made will come with a tracking number and therefore you are responsible for tracking your package and submitting a claim to the carrier if product is not received. We will also check with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution.
